Singapore River Cruise / 夜游新加坡河

Last Sunday, we decided to go for a Singapore River cruise. We went to Lao Beijing Shitang to have our dinner first. They happened to have a promotion at $19.80++/person, （in the end actually $27.50/person) including abalone & shark fin soup, of course we didn't see abalone at all; Beijing roast duck; feicui doufu; xiao long bao; and dessert. Beijing duck itself tastes exactly like in Beijing, but not the chun bing and dipping sauce. chun bing not only the shape, but also the taste is different. Still the one in Beijing is much better.
After the food, we went to the Singapore River for a cruise. This was my first time, although I've been here for soooo many years. It is quite interesting but does cost a bit more at $13 for only half an hour. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful night.

上个星期天，我们决定去游览新加坡河。我们先去了老北京食堂吃了晚餐，那天刚好有促销，每人$19.80++（但实际每人$27.50）, 有鲍鱼鱼翅汤，北京烤鸭，小笼包，翡翠豆腐及甜品。当然汤里是看不到鲍鱼的，烤鸭的味道基本与北京的一致，可春饼无论从外表还是味道都与北京的无法相提并论，他们用的也不是北京甜面酱，而是他们自行调配的看起来与北京甜面酱很相似，但显然在里面找不到童年的记忆。
这以后，我们来到河畔，虽然在新加坡住了那么久，坐船夜游还是第一次，价格有点贵，半小时13块，但不管怎么说来，这个晚上过得很愉快。
